THE NON-COMPETITIVE TRIATHLON MAINTENANCE PLAN
TRAINING PLAN FEATURES
Swim workouts are between 1600 and 2500 yards.
Bike workouts are approximately 1 hour on stationary bikes and upward of 90 minutes outdoors (25 - 40 miles).
Run workouts are a mix of 60 min. treadmill routines and outdoor
runs (3 to 8 miles).
Swim Tear Sheets are available at the end of the training plan. These sheets can be printed and folded into a clear sandwich bag and brought to the pool. Similarly, treadmill tear sheets are also available.
